Role Overview: Low-Rise Team Member

You will assist with residential and commercial exterior services while learning proper techniques, safety standards, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
Work alongside Lead Technicians on residential and commercial jobs
Follow safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly
Communicate professionally with customers when needed

What We’re Looking For

No experience required (experience a plus)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (low-rise)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
